February goings on......

I've been a little behind on my blog. February was a pretty crazy month. It seems as though Grady was sick most of the month. The first part of the month he had an ear infection and bronchiolitis. After 2 trips in one day to the after hours clinic and a midnight run to the ER for a chest X-ray and another breathing treatment we finally went to bed at about 2:30 a.m. After a few days he was finally feeling better. The later part of the month he got another ear infection and (I think that was the 9th one) after 2 antibiotics and a shot and missing a week of day care school he was on the mend. He finally got tubes put in his ears this week. He did great and is feeling much better, so hopefully the tubes will do their job and we can get rid of these ear infections.
On a happier note.....This is Grady at his first Valentines party at school. They had snacks and did a book exchange. Big sister Ella joined us for his party. She didn't really want to stay at her party. She wanted to see what the babies were doing!

Valentines morning the kids woke up and went to the living room to get their LOVE day gifts. They each got a balloon and Ella got an art kit and Grady got a new monkey car. Of course the balloons were their favorite things! Then it was off to work for mommy while daddy stayed home with them on Saturday!










My grandparents celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary on the 19th of February. My mom got them the alter flowers at church for their big day. This was their huge bouquet of flowers. I hope Brian and I will be lucky enough to celebrate that many years together!
